Don't be afraid, I'm with you - Isaiah 41:10
More About This Verse
Meaning
Non-Christians may fear many things: natural disasters, evil, etc. But Christians, who live by faith, have nothing to fear because we know that God is in ultimate control. While we may go through times of trial, and sometimes downright unbelievable pain, God can take those things and turn them around for His good, and for our blessing.
God’s Spirit is our comforter. We can always turn to God for help when we lose confidence in what’s happening around or to us.
When we do turn to God, He is overjoyed to strengthen us. Jesus, His righteous right hand, helps us every day, but sometimes we forget or lose our belief and we become dismayed. When this happens, we need to practice turning to God, remembering His love for us, and believing He is in control.
